Best Place To Mount Contour Camera

Just got my new Contour HD 1080p camera. It came with the options to Flat Surface Mount (On Helmet) Or to mount on goggles. From anyone with experience with the Contour can you tell me which place you prefer mounting the camera in terms of shakiness and just an overall better view?Thanks!
 
Helmet cause on the goggles some of the frame gets in the picture and it interferes with the video
 
I haven't tried the goggle mount, but if you have a helmet with a brim, don't mount on the side - you'll get the brim in the frame. I mounted on top of my helmet and the picture is reasonably stable. Double-check the angle though, I accidentally mounted mine pitched slightly too far forward and I need to remount. It's not unusable, but the footage could be better: http://vimeo.com/34451432
 
The goggle mount isn't all that great as the camera shakes around a lot. Use the surface mount and jam it on your helmet.
