Best place to hide weed in a dorm in the event of a police search?

I know my rights and have had no problems so far but I'm just trying to be proactive in case the feds roll up with a warrant. There's some snitches on my floor that have already reported me and my roommate for our room smelling like weed. I know the RA and campus PD really can't do shit but if the police come with a warrant they can basically tear the room apart. With that being said, what's the best place to hide a decent-sized mason jar? Drawers, bags, etc. are all out of the question, the only thing I can think of is putting it inside an inner coat pocket or box of cereal. I figured some of you on this site have been thru this before, fire away.
 
Idk what school you go to but if you're worried about the feds and not campus pd running up on you for some weed I'd consider school in a different state

do you have an oven? hide it under the bottom panel or find a loose floor panel and squeeze in there.
 
Seems kinda ghetto but just bury the mason jar somewhere near the campus. And then just take like 2 or 3 grams out at a time in a little pill container.

Nope, the room consists of 2 beds 2 closets a conjoined desk and a minifridge/microwave. PSU freshman dorms are ass

There's no actual woods within a 15 minute walk, just little clumps of trees. For certain reasons it needs to be accessible and basically either be in the room or really close.
 
Ball up ur weed bag and tuck it under ur gooch if you actually get searched. Tell the officer you just smoked if he asks why you smell. They will strip apart your bed and go through all of your drawers and shit

OP... I'd rather hang my weed from the rearview mirror of my car than keep it anywhere in my dorm. Are you nuts. Schools crack down like Hitler compared to state police. Keep it in a car or off campus.
 
Also OP they don't need a warrant to search your room as it belongs to the school. They are free to search it whenever for pretty much whatever reason.

The RA's and residence coordinators can only look through the room and the school's belongings (closets, drawers, desks, etc.). I could have a pound sitting in a backpack in the middle of the room and they wouldn't be able to do anything about it because they can't go through your personal possessions.
 
OP, they can search you whoever they want so be careful. Just smoke outside; so much easier. If you do it inside, be sure to do the dryer sheet through the paper towel tube out the window trick. Or you could just get a vaporizer; they're very small and cartriges hold a fuck ton of thc. But then again, if you're in an illegal state, most vaporizer cartriges carry a felony amount of thc or close to it.

How big a mason jar we talking here? A quart is quite a bit of weed to stash on campus.

Just buy a bunch of those bottles and stash them in a case of Dasani water. The bad thing is you'll have to start buying Dasani and not cheaper brand water bottles.
 
I dont smoke, but heres how:

1.Have stick deodorant

2.Twist it until the stick pops up and out

3.Put weed in the now empty space in the deodorant stick case

4.Put stick back in on top of weed bag, twirl it down use as necessary to make it seem like the thing is full

5.It masks the smell and is a good place to hide your stuff in a pinch

If you're staying in a dorm that's not weed friendly af you're doing it wrong to even have it smell a bit like weed. Make one of these bad boys, throw some tissues and dryer sheets in it. Ghost your hits a bit and you're fine. If you wanna smoke a blunt or something just go outside.

If you're really sketched get one of those soda can stash safes and throw it in a 12 pack.

If your college is strict on weed, and your roommates are reporting you, you probably shouldn't be blatant. This is when people get in trouble and go "Man, I don't even understand, it's so crazy" When in reality it was extremely preventable by not being an idiot.

I have a thing called CVault they are different sizes and are smell proof and look like stainless bowl. There are also other things out there like Fake Redbull cans that twist off and you store inside. Or if you guys can score an old cheap tv that still have a back to it rig a spot in the back to hide it.

Also look up the smoke buddy, I use one everyday.

In response to like 6 different people above, I have 2 stash cans but they're not completely smellproof so I went back to using mason jars. And I use all the tricks: sploof, towel under the door, smoke detector covered. I honestly don't know how the kid smelled it, my only guess is he could've been sitting by his window when we were smoking out of it (our rooms are unfortunately right next to each other and the windows are literally connected besides a footwide brick pillar in the middle. When I smoke blunts I go outside lol I'm not stupid. For some of the other responses, unless it can hold over a zip don't bother, you'd need a really big stick of deodorant to hide that.

Basically I just need a really outside-the-box way of hiding it, but if I can find stash cans that are 100% smell-proof I'll go back to that.
 
Also want to clarify that I've never had trouble with any authority yet, only the pussy bitch living next door, just wanna be proactive.

He reported me for my room smelling, RA came in and didn’t smell a thing so it obviously wasn’t bad at all. Also he’s filed 4 noise complaints on me this year and had his mom call the university. Basically he’s just a loser who doesn’t party and goes to bed at 10 pm so he gets butthurt when anything above a talking decibal level is heard from my room.

Wow I wouldn’t expect at all from PSU, I thought you might have gone to some small liberal arts college or some shit.

Why can’t you just go outside to smoke and like take out all the Tabacco out of a cigarette and the mesh filter and fill it with weed if u r so worried. Like ppl walk around all the time smoking pot and drinking beer on college campuses.

We haven’t smoked in the room since it happened, and when we did it was almost always past 1 am idk how he was up.

Good idea but they check that. My homie who got his room sweeped said they ripped all the sheets off and flipped the mattress over
 
I travel through and work in state college all the time. This is a no brainer, just give it to me and I’ll keep it safe and away from those pesky police officers.

Well the reality of a 15x15 dorm is there are only so many places you can hide it.

My "out of the box idea" is truly out of the box. In my old room a couple years ago, there was a small baseboard about 6 inches long that ran in between the closet and door. So I cut the glue on the top of the baseboard, carefully pried it off, and then cut a hole where the baseboard was into my drywall. The space behind the drywall was about a foot deep, so I could put a bunch of contraband in there. Then just put the baseboard back on using the nails that were in the baseboard, and the holes in the wall.

This hiding spot existed for like 2 years and was never discovered by my parents. Truly "outside the box"
 
From what I understand by reading your original post and your replies to this thread I suspect that you are selling. In that case the risks are much higher because getting caught with an 8th is much different than getting caught with a few zips especially on a college campus. Honestly, if you are selling though, make a friend that lives OFF campus and just stash your weed there. Just make sure that this individual can be trusted and isn't the type to go into your stash and smoke your shit. Obviously your going to have to reimburse this said individual but its a-lot harder to obtain a search warrant for a private residence as opposed to a college dorm.

I could be completely wrong but those are just my two cents.

Hmmmm... You can also take your deodorant (like the actual stick of the deo) out of the deodorant case, triple bag your weed and stuff it in the bottom, and then put the stick of deodorant back. Close the lid, and I can guarantee, it is smell proof. You can even use your deodorant and not smell like weed afterwards it's great.

If you’re not smoking inside it really shouldn’t be an issue. Invest in a Cookies smellproof backpack or other smellproof devices from them 10/10. They’re a great grassroots company based out of the Bay Area. Their products work great and babes will compliment you as their products are aesthetically pleasing. Be proficient at rolling and smoke outside. Spliffs and J’s are the best way to smoke anyway.

A stash can that isn't smell proof is better than a mason jar. You can hide a stash can in plane sighr. Mason jar not so much.

You shouldn't need to keep more than an 8th at a time. Especially if you're having issues. Saying you need to hold a zip is just dumb. Move off campus or play the game.

Also not that hard to just smoke outsode in general. Im not sure what you're expecting from the internet. Figure it out
 
so like this is dependant on the bed you have, but when I went to boarding school we had those plain metal bed frames, and on the bottom of the legs in the end of the tube are like black caps, but what you can do is pull it out, put stuff up in there, and put the cap back and nobody will realise. if the cops look there they must be really trying.

Step 3: get a warrant for the snitch

Step 4: snitch gets in trouble, you no longer have trouble with weed
 
It is kind of ironic that PSU cops give a shit about kids smoking pot in their rooms, when they didn't give a fuck about their football coaches molesting young kids.
