Best place to buy armadas

i'm looking to buy armada ar5s in 176. I've been doing some searches and some of you say that paying retail (like 550) is stupid. Is it even possible to find them for less then that this early in the season? Should i buy the 05 version or get the 04-05 one? thanks alot.

 
armada made alot of changed to their 05 ski over the 04(eagle). The 04 AR5 was pretty average.The new 1 is a very sick ski. Good places are jibij,als ski barn,proctorjones.com

so the 04/05 ar5 isn't that good? i can get a pair for pretty cheap but if they aren't that good then i won't get them.

i'm 6'4" 215 lbs, ski east cost park/some all mtn.

yeah you could take a chance with the 04, but i wouldnt recomend it, everyone i no with them had them fuck up, get the 05s or the 06s

i was actually thinking proctorjones or jibij. Dstructure doesn't have my size in stock and proctor will do free shipping? do any of you guys know if jibij do free shipping as well? also are the 06 models even out yet? if i order today when do you guys think i would get them by? thanks

Proctor Jones is getting them in this week. The owner Jeff Warren told me that once he gets them he is shipping them out. He said probally thursday at the latest. And I pre orderd my Ar5s off of Proctor Jones because I got 10% off because of the labor day sale. I think there is only one more day left on the sale, so hurry up.

if its a 50 or 60 dollar difference from the internet to your shop, go with your shop so you dont have to pay to get them mounted

 
or i went to my local shop and got some ar5's (575 bucks) for 280, with what else i got (hat, shirt) it was 320, The skis were marked 40% off and i called the guy over and just kind asked him about the skis and asked how low they would possible be at and he told me would give my half of right now if i wanted to buy them, stick to the local shops its defect free.
