Best place in the east to work

Hey guys,

Been looking to work at a mountain or shop next year on the east coast. What are your best suggestions for the best towns that actually have some stuff going on for young people to do after work. Heard Killington has some great stuff for college kids, anywhere else? Thx
 
Killy you want to avoid Vail owned shit. Pretty sure you can find a spot in the mountain area easily and never have to drive to the bar or anything they got free shuttles.
