Best place hill on the Ice Coast

Well I'm from Nova Scotia and we usually ski maine march break and decided to opt for SR instead of Sugarloaf. I truly can say I think the terrain at my much smaller local hill is far better, so I felt like it wasn't money well spent at Sunday River. I prefer sugarloaf vastly for park, groomers, and glades, so I don't think I'll be back at SR too soon.

Not sugarloaf, but sunday river yes. The Glades at wentworth are far more challenging than the 20 foot apart trees at sunday river. Just because the hill is smaller doesn't mean that it has to be worse.

loon has a huge creative park, water ville has a legit clean park, and mt. snows bigger and sick, killingtton goo all around

Dont bother. Everything is so poorly maintained we didnt have jumps bigger than 20ft until the very end of february and then the mountain closed 3 weeks later. Two parks didnt open until the end of february like I said, which leaves the alley and the streets to be over run by mass amounts of gapers. I can honestly say I was ashamed to call springs my home mountain this year until the spot jump line was hitable

for the best powder on the east coupled with catskiing and over 1km vert:

Evan, are you kidding me? The situation was no better anywhere else around the east this season. The Spot wasn't built until the end of february because there was almost literally no snow until the end of february. And what the fuck are you talking about with this "poorly maintained" shit... come on now, have some pride in Springs.

Loon for the longest park run in the east, then go to gunstock at night, for the best night park in the east, then go to waterville valley the next day for the most laps on the best jumps in the east. make a weekend out of it, you will have a blast. Also loon, Gunstock and Waterville are within 45 mins of each other and all of them are just off of rt 93 in NH

meh, the bush isn't too good for all mtn. Also Carinthia is way too crowded and not good enough to be the best of all, although hot laps on heavy metal in the spring are the shit!

By states in New England IMO I would say for park:

MA: Nashoba Valley or Butternut

NH: Loon or WV

VT: Carinthia or Killington

CT: Sundown(never been but I hear that's what's up.)

ME: Sugarloaf or Sunday River

RI: Yagoo (only mountain hahaha)
