Best photo/ filming camera for skiing?

I've been looking at the Canon T3i and a few Nikon DSLRs, but I can't seem to find may links of cameras that are good quality for filming while skiing and for taking photos. Side note: I have $900 to spend on a camera. Thanks!
 
spend 5 min in the media & arts forum and you will no longer have an issue. Or atleast post this there instead. There are multiple categories for a reason. Also Gh2 or Gh3 / end thread
 
And I also have a lot of expirence with DSLRs and various cameras, however I see quite a range of different kinds at my home resort and I'm not sure which one works the best.
 
Don't get a t4i, similar price you can get a 60d and its significantly better for photos.
 
Yeah the T2i is just as good as the t3/4i, you'll never need the 'auto focus in video' bs. The 5fps is an improvement but not worth it imo
 
5fps is an improvement, id buy a t4i if it had the buffer of the 60d, but it can only burst for just over a second which sucks
