Best Park Skis

Looking to snag a pair of park skis for next year, and wondering what you guys think.

Solidly intermediate/advanced park skier, expert everywhere else. looking to get better at jumps and rails, so really a little of everything.

I'm 20, 200lbs and 6'1'', got a pretty sick quiver already, so there will be used 90% in the park.

Current thoughts - Edollo, Reckoner 102, etc.

I got some good deals on armada, atomic and k2, so preferably those.

Edollo is a good traditional park ski but the longest size is 180 and I’m pretty sure you’ll be towering over that. The 184 poacher or reckoner is probably your best bet. The reckoner is softer than the poacher but still stable enough for jumps

I would look at the Amada ARV 96 or the K2 Poacher. Both are durable, playful, but also stable at speed. They will perform well in all aspects of park skiing and still rip all mountain. If you want something a bit more playful for mainly park, the Bdog is a great option with its tight turn radius and flexibility. I currently ride a pair of Edollos and love them, but they do chatter a little at high speed and can be difficult to edge on ice. I have not ridden the Reckoner 102, but I have friends who have. From what I have heard they are fun, light, and rip all mountain, but if you do a lot of hard rails riding the sidewall/edge tends to fall apart. I hope this helps.

the best park skis are the cheapest imo.

they take a beating on rails and jumps. if youre riding 2-4 days a week exclusively in the park, you almost need a new set every year.

obviously when youre a pro (throwing inverts off of 50ftrs or swapping double triple kinks 6 feet off the ground) you would benefit from something long and stiff. most cheap skis are pretty soft. hell there are even noodles that are expensive
