Best park ski?

Hello! I'm new to this forum, and I'd appreciate some advice on what ski to buy this season.

I'm 6' 7" tall, weigh 135 lbs., and ski in southern Wisconsin. I'm mainly looking for a park ski that can butter, has a tight turn radius, can hit rails and boxes, but still be able to land some big jumps. As far as $$$ goes, I'd like them to be under $400, but if that isn't possible that would be okay, too.

Any help I could get would be great!

Thanks,

Alex

6 foot 7 and only 135lbs???? dear lord

at 135 i would make sure its a pretty soft ski if you want it to be buttery. Also it depends on where you ski. If your an ice coast inhabitant you want something in the 80-90 mm underfoot range. If you live out west i would suggest something slightly wider.

He's in Wicso so it's mildly icy and I knkw what he's talking about, being I live in the state next door (MN) I got Da Nollies which are soft and buttery. I'd go size 180 on those for you. I also have Volkl Walls in 185 if you have interest in them, not quote a s buttery as Da Nollies.

Salomon NFX lab. I love these skis and ski them in Illinois and Wisconsin idk if you could find your proper length in them though

oops. I meant 5' 7"

Been rocking surface blanks as much strictly park ski. 90 underfoot which is perfect for the east coast and ripping around groomers / through tight trees. They're only $300 and a pretty solid built quality. Worst aspect is the extruded base is a bit slow. Otherwise cant recommend enough especially for a beginner.

That seems a little better. LMAO I was gonna say 6'7" at 135 might need to see a doctor lol.

Yeah! At least I corrected though . . . even if it was nine months late. Lol

Does anybody know how the Surface Odyssey perform? The rocker/camber/rocker design looks different than most and it is symmetrical.

Chronics are probably the best option for what you want, but Volkl Walls are my favourite park ski overall (although they are stiffer and aren't the best for buttering).
