Best park in the east?

Pretty biased but 7springs does one hell of a job. Features, lips, landings, etc. are always perfectly maintained and the flow of everything is super fun. Also there are a good bit of very creative features that they’ll throw in, and the streets park is like no other. Rope tow on santas beard is fun to no end, the alley is perfect for some fun, long creative, lines, and the spot jumps are huge.

Im not sure if I can give an exact order but the top 5 that I have been too (northeast) would be:

Mt. Snow

Sugarbush

Loon

Sunapee

Nashoba

Killi is fun but I don't put it as a top 5 personally

Places I haven't been to that look legit:

Big Boulder

7 springs

Bear Creek

The vibe of the mountain is a huge part of it imo. The features might be sick but if it feels depressing or whack then fuck that.

Agree on the MSLM for Canada. Best grooming of the whole hill and best park maintenance I've ever seen. There is not a snowflake out of place on any feature at the start of every day with proper markings on everything. Even their "baby" park of the 3 they have has a small snow cross section at the top of the beginner run and then a jump or rail line with 5 features in a row.

I'm a Bear Creek/Big Boulder local and I'll definitely throw my vote for BB in the hat. They might not be the biggest but they absolutely kill it in terms of providing stoke and terrain even when the weather won't cooperate. Last two seasons were amazing considering the garbage weather. It's the first open/last closed in PA every year too so it'll always have a special place in my heart. With that said, Bear Creek is meh. I live five minutes down the road and they do an ok job with their features but it's quite small. The beginner park is pretty weak. The main one is decent if short. I like Bear Creek more for convenience than anything else. Place gets old quick.

I vote carinthia hands down! thoughts?

I always preferred loon. Honestly rode carinthia all the time 08-2010 because it was the closest and still sick but I feel it's overhyped. Not that it's not dope, but the hype train is a little overkill imo.

Carinthia is garbage. Super unorganized and thrown together. If time was spent and stuff done right it would be good.

Killington, seven springs. Better people. Better mountain. Better parks.

MSLM has the best oppurinty for progression imo. Carinthia looks dope. Never been blown away by Killy. 7 springs kill it if they have the weather

I'm convinced the owner of 7 springs is actually retarded but park crew always kills it

What’s nutting doing wrong? I always assumed he was pretty lenient with Park crew and stuff. I could be wrong tho so idk. What I do know is that everything is so damn overpriced.

Just look at the way he's managed the Pirates, it's awful and it's pretty bad with 7s too. Everything is overpriced, $15 for a shitty meal and a season pass costs twice as much as the Epic pass. Day tickets are almost $100... we live on the east coast and ski 700 vert ice for fucks sake. Blatantly lies about conditions and what trails and lifts are open(although this probably isn't him he has to take responsibility for it). A few days ago the snow report said that springs had a bigger base and more natural snow than killington which is complete bullshit. They're putting twice as much money into hotel rooms and spas when they should be taking better care of the slopes. At the end of the day he's just a money whore that cares about filling his pockets, not our satisfaction. I love my home mountain but fuck Bob Nutting with a 10 foot pole.
