Best pants for around $300?

So I bought a blue Oakley preferred jacket, and I want some nice pants to go with it. I'm willing to pay maybe 300ish, can anyone give me recommendations for some real nice pants? Maybe gore tex?I'm probably looking for just black since that would go with the jacket.

You don't need 300 for a good pair of pants. Saga sells their pants for around 200, and they're amazing. causwell and armada are good too.

trew bibs. i would stick with oakley if i were you. i have several oakley outerwear pieces and have never been let down. even skiing in PNW snow/rain
 
ahh i just don't know. I have cash, I just want a real nice pair of black pants that will be durable
 
Dude, get those Burton pants! The AK gear is top of the line and it comes witha life time warranty. I absolutely love my AK coat!
 
they are bomber, but will not fit you in any way like a "newschool" pant would. Look into TREW gear, SAGA, higher end Orage(ie the jp auclair/retallack pro model), high end Oakley(ie the seth pro model), The North Face etc.

basically just go onto backcountry.com and search for ski/snowboard pants in your price range.
 
oakley jake blauvelt pants are really, really nice. I don't think they have much in the lining department, and they're not black. but quality is top notch
 
Patagonia gear is better than all other gear. and their warranties are the best in the business.

i just got some columbia trick eagle snow pants for 50 BUCKSS!!! they are legit and came in teal... they have omni tech which is super warm i warmed up in the store after a minute i could feel a difference...give them a look
 
if you're going to spend 300 on pants, and get goretex, go for the real shit and get some arcteryx or something, in 3L GoreTex.

I tried on some XL Arcteryx pants that were crazy baggy, too.
 
If you've got that kind of cash to spend on pants I'm so jealous...Anyway, anything Oakley is great. Their stuff looks unbelievably dope and is full of great technology. My personal favorites are the Primed, Sethmo, and Preferred. Hell, any Oakley gear is sick. You can't go wrong.
