best mountains to work for

Im planning on workin next years winter season out west, got frineds at many in CO,and UT wondering what the best and worst are and why....

 
^ doing what? teaching, snowmaking, grooming, other?

my fiend works for snowbird, he loves it there but said that upper managment kind of blows, and said that allthough riding there is great there are better places to work....

 
probably food and beverage at a restaraunt on the hill etc, but who knows maybee on the mountain, I am a hotel, resort, restaraunt mang. major

 
if you are young, food service is good because you can scam food.BUT you may have to work during ski time.

 
im planning on going to college out west somewhere. i live in ohio now, and i instruct at our little hill, so i figure i'll instruct out there too. ive got my level 1 thinger. anyone know anything about where is good to go?
