Best Mountain in Vermont

I'm from montreal, during our break me and 4 friends are going to ski around vermont and maine. Will stay 3 night and hit 4 diffirent ski resort. What are the best ones to hit ?

Depends on what you're looking for. Jay basically has it all, good park, good trees, lots of snow, smuggs has sick backcountry, mad river is similar to smuggs except a bit smaller and no snowboarders are allowed, stowe is sort of a more rich resort so you'll have a lot of wide groomers. uhhh sugarbush has no woods and a mostly groomers but a decent park. Killington and okemo are sick for everything but farily crowwded

okemo has one of the best parks around right now. they built everything up and the jumps are sick. the pipe is also sick. deffinatly make a stop there.

ya, omkemo is cant miss right now.......one of the best parks in the east, and prob the best in VT....hit it up

jay has best skiing, and park aint bad either,

plsu we/they are getting dumped on as we speak,

killington and stowe are big and have pretty good skiing, just not inbounds,

stratton/mtsnow have best parks,

and okemo has a sick halfpipe and good park too

I think Stowe and Jay definatley have the best real terrain. Jay has sick woods. But if you want a park go to sum other place.

 
killington is definately not the best and you have to take flat stuff to go from mtn to mtn

Jay Peak hands down. Best glades, most snow, some of the best terrain in VT and a nice little park.

Jay and stowe have great trees and easily hikeable 'backcountry.' Sugarbush, stratton, okemo, and mount snow have really good terrain parks. stowe's park sucks. Sugarbush has nice trees too. mountsnow has the best parks in the east with really nice flow. Sugarbush and okemo have the best pipes. For northern vt sugarbush has best park. Killington, mountsnow, okemo and stratton tend to be really crowded on weekends. sugarbush--theres never a line. you'll have fun where ever you go.

whoever said that jay had teh best glades either is a fool or has never been to Mad River. If you can get over the fact there is no park Mad River is king for everything, except park.

mt snow, killy okemo and cannon its on the way to maine and kinda close to jay peak. cannnon has alotta good back country

 
jay-tons of snow, woods park etc

mad river- slow lifts, so no one on trails, best woods in east, no snowboarders so good bumps, cliffs everywhere

sugarbush-decent bumps, good park, better woods(slidebrook)

yuck, you'll be known as the pussy from this day on if you do that. Do something manly, like cut her initials into your chest or something.

Sugarbush does not have a good park. They have potential, but the place sucks. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to building jumps, layout and rails.
