Best mountain for Trees, Steeps, and Powder?

What mountain is the best for this in southern-central VT, or New York? I am thinking Whiteface, Stratton, and Okemo are all pretty good. Please help me choose a place to go this weekend.

ive never been to whiteface or okemo, but stratton is way too expensive so id say stay away from there. they think theyre as good as mountains out west and charge $85 for a ticket and way overcharge their food, just so you can stand in line all day and not have a place to sit in any of the lodges

i havent been that impressed with okemo in the past, but ive heard great things about jay peak. so if your willing to drive a couple hours north, i'd say definetly go with jay.

yea mad river, parts of killington like bear trees and canyons, jay, stowe, theres more... but don't go to stratton for steeps and trees cause its flatter than kansas. but nasty park there.

yeah i have a seasons pass but i dont really use it anymore cuz its not even worth it. Jay is def overated i would stay in southern vermont.

i think it is too and southern vt is where its at, but jay was just amazing this weekend aside from some liftlines.

dude..okemo?? cmon, the place is a wheatfield. for serious steeps go to jay, mad river, or the loaf. ive also heard whiteface is gnarly, so go there too

just isnt steep enough though, u cant tell me that okemo has better steeps, trees, and powder than any place in northern vt (mad river, stowe, smuggs, jay). The mountains up north are bigger and they get more snow. and yes i do know about okemo's "backcountry", i wasn't impressed
