ok, so whats your best ski memory of this year?

mine was helli skiing in BC. i turned through some trees in deep pow, hit a powder pillow and popped up. landed perfectly on the next one and skiid away with a smile on my face. i was sad nobody saw :(

anyway. im from the east coast and hardly go out there. so that was a pretty unforgetable experience.

i know this has probably been done but its one of those things that are hard to search for.

well one of my best memorys was when me and sir Timothey where skiing last year. we where behind a 30 year old guy in the line and he had an extra pair of skis for his son or somone in his hand.Tim then says to me/ the rest of the lift line " wow dave this guy is just way to good for just one pair of skis" and he turns around to us and says..." ya somtimes i wear more than one condom when i have sex". i have never laughed so hard in my life. we hade meet this guy 10 seconds before he said this.

mine was probably the first time that the real park opened since our park wasnt up until around feb. we were so pumped. on eof the best days fo the season because once we could finally go up the part was real nice.

Yeah, December. Especially the day I took off of school and went skiing... 2 feet overnight. The parking lot only had a few cars when we got in, and as we got out, some dudes walked by, all with ARG's. It was a.... good.... day.

skiing this line at snowbird that was pretty short, had a cornice to a slot 3 feet wide and steep. I got through it, then tried to slow down too fast. My right ski popped off, then I knew I was gonna die. I started summer saulting backwards. It was a fun fall

Then landing my first 5 by accident cause my pole got caught on my ski and I pulled it around the extra 180 on a 3 to do my first 5.

proabally when i saw at steambat for junior olymipics ( i wasnt in it my sister was in pipe i missed more thna half of the comp season) i was the first one up the chairlift on the park chair and the park was sooooo beautifuly groomed compared to ym mountain it gave me chill's then the sun came out and it was a great last day out west for my 1st time :)

thats the best day of the season too many good memorys to ever to count

i won this rail jam, than went to ski a foot of fresh pillows, came home and lost my virginity at age 15. all in one day.

probably march break, i was progressing like a mean mother fucker on rails.

but on the last day i seriously fucker up my elbow and broke my thumb :S

a) hiking backcountry in utah and having a rad powder sesh

b) going to whistler for spring break, after my season ended here, and having a powder day as the last day of the season, and getting to be around during the telus comp.

c) (best and worst) having a powder day second to last day of season at my mountain

two moment's stand out, one is when vail's back bowls were closed for two days because of wind so me and my friends found a bunch of new runs that were all waist deep powder and big cliffs

or another day when blue sky basin opened late and there was a few hundred people waiting outside the maze and my friend and i got the fifth chair up and some sweet untracked powder

when i was like 6 getting my first face skot off waist deep powder(when i was short)at whiteface. i almost cried. it was so beautiful.

this year, 3 days of 3 foot powder in 4 degree weather, it was amazing, so many pillows, so many cliffs, so much snow.

skiing down a small size cliffs/pillow line in the BC and popping a 3 on one into deeeep snow and then watching my buddy get stuck in a hole was even more funny at the end.

the first spring miracle noreaster that dumped 2 ft on N. VT. spent a weekend at grandpa grunts.

hiked out to beyond beaver pond all morning, while my buddies waited in line to get the face with everyone else. it hard to explain but everything just clicked, commited to aline and it just flowed. i lit up a joint, and just started using my powdy-sense..

i picked a line, and stood above it, the lighting was just amazing liek that golden glow you know, that jsut makes the pow that much more appetizing...i would found a patch of sick pow, get 2-3 sick pow turns, hit a little drop, that led me to another little drop, nice turn, nice turn, (is it over yet? that was sick), the trees thickened, and i went over a perfect 10 foot drop, to another 5 foot drop, that opened up to pow/bush field that i took to the bottom.

it was like an east coast pillow line, normally it would have been lame (moguled up), but with the freshies i just charged thsi line that kept throwing me these amazing little faceshot-makers. i spent all morning lapping it with the largest shit-eating grin ever.

and that wins out over 5 weeks in utah in december. i guess i expected sickness then, this line was so unexpected and so perfect.

actually, it was when my mountain closed due to lack of snow in January....we didn't get the call before we left and ended up at the mountain anyway....grabbed my friend and 3 of the new kids and took off for Bellayre for the day. They had basically no snow also, but they had some boxes up and we hit those all day...the new kids i took with me that day ended up being som of the greatest ski buddies i've ever had

I had some fucking sick powder days with friends that were pretty much what I live for...fuck, I love skiing so much. Then one time my friend and I rode down the mountain switch with some fries, that was fun too. Pretty much every day this year was a good memory really...

best memory would be getting stuck in a tree well in tremblant and taking like 30 minutes to get out.

My best memory of this season is skiing the Jackson Hole backcountry in early January with my buddy Justin right before losing him in an avalanche on January 5.

i'll say dirt bag day. it was a gorgeous warm sunny bluebird day and we were just getting wasted, cruising around switch, acting like gapers. between three of us, we drank a large bottle of wine on one lift ride. just fun spring skiing.

probly when mt snow lost power and a bunch of kids hiked

it was so chill because only the kids that would hike up could ski

then i think some one brought music

if im right

building a jump off the top of a 10-15 ft cliff in whitecap michigan with a bunch of friends on a powder day, and yes... i mean whitecap, michigan

my season wasnt as great as i would have hoped but i got to go out west which was pretty fun even tho the weather was crap

the back to back to back 2 foot storms around christmas. it was sick everywhere that never got snow got it even boulder

coming home from school in cali heading straight to the bird to party with homies, than waking up to overhead in mineral. and for the select few who were there, The stairway to heaven sessions in the brighton bc...

The few days of powder where I couldn't breath skiing down the hill because of the constant face shot. Epic.

That storm was incredible, especially once they got the ridge open and we could ski lines that ended in 25 footers to flat--and it didn't hurt. I also did the biggest cossack I've ever done off a 20 footer with a perfect in run.

The day I learned backflips. It was on a jump that had a powder landing and exotic-skinned friend Ben (we call him Brown Bear) and I were boosting off it. I stuck my first backflip, I had just the right techno song blaring, and the weather was gorgous. A bright vanilla sky that stretched beyond the Alaskan inlet.

I wish more ski days were like this.

mine had to be xmas in co, my house was blanketed under 20 inches powder, skied off my roof i few times, had epic face shots at the mountain 15 min from my house, dropped some cliffs, chilled with people, it was everything i ever do all in one day but better

haha one of mine was probably backflips as well. but for me it was the last day of the season and they had made the mini jumps real poppy so i just decided to go for it. the first one i did my tip grazed the knuckle as i came around but i barely made it. so much fun

Well, this november at Baker was pretty epic. We got 20 inches a night for a week in NOVEMBER. Then I skied with T-hall for one of the days. It was gnarly sick.

Well Tim u already know this but wutever anyway,,

it would be stoppin my first 9 this year and doin my first slopestyle comp and placin 3rd
