most mind blowing guitarists I've seen are probably Jeff Beck, Santana, Paco de Lucia, Al Di Meola, and Buddy Guy.

Both of those are Jeff Martin from Tea Party. Seriously one of the better guitarists I've ever heard. The first and the beginning of the second are 12-stringers. If it's got strings though, he can play it.
