Best Jacket to buy?

I have to get a new jacket this season but im not sure what to look for. The mountain I go to can be very wet and rainy, but usually not that cold. Thanks for your help!!

If its not that cold, try looking for the shell of a jacket form a brand you like. You don't need too much insulation when you can throw a hoodie on underneath a jacket for cold days, and this will save you some money too.
