Best In Big Mountain?!?

I need to know what

ski location has the best for

steeps, powder and sick

days as far as the big

mountain goes. I am

trying to figure out where

I want to move....again.

Thanks

no mt. baker sucks and all of the PNW sucks. Just go to alaska.

LEAVE US AND OUR SHITTY MOUNTAINS ALONE!!!!

but seriously, I gotta say that alaska's pretty sick if you can afford it, and washington has some pretty amazing BC.

squaw valley in tahoe is pretty good for big mountain because virtually everywhere you go youll find sick cliffs to drop and they have some pretty steep runs. Snow wise tho I wouldnt say its the best.

I think if your tryin to actually rip some big mountains I would go to Alaska although its probably gonna be damn expensive to get a heli.

Mt. Bakaaaah. World record for snowfall in one season, and many many storms. The powder is always falling, the BC is amazing, plus the locals are fun.

Oh fuck I forgot...

Yeah the entire northwest actually sucks, don't come here at all. The powder we get actually eats your skis, no lie.

I think Utah is where I am going to

look into. It has alot to offer the only

thing is all the resorts do not offer

multi- passes like Tahoe and Mammoth

Hummm.,....Decisions...

bellingham is money, it's a large town, that's close to two HUGE cities in vancouver and seattle, is 40 minutes from baker, 2.5 hours from stevens and whistler.

um..........first of all

-fuck you

second

-MT is the ILLIST, has DANK skiing DANK towns/cities(sorry there is no fucking cities with 400,000 people in them (why the hell you want to live in a big city anyways)

and third

-your an idiot

You guys are retarded. I have no idea how Jackson Hole has not been mentioned yet. In addition to that, Whistler, Alta, Snowbird, Squaw, Kirkwood, Mt. Baker, and Revelstoke would all be good choices.

ok, i'm trying to figure out if your actually from MN or not...without looking at your profile.

yeah jackson is so sick. they have everything there too, steeps, trees, cliffs, awesome BC. Alta is good, but kinda crowded. Kicking horse is like canada's jackson hole. its steep and its BC is really sweet too. There are so many fun chutes right off the lifts and even better ones within a short hike. Also, it is never crowded. you can ski pow pretty much all day

Jackson Hole casue you can ski Grand Targhee when the gapers come over holidays. They have the best terrain I think in the lower 48.

Don't go to Alaska, unless you are LOADED. Yes it has insane powder with many first descents blah blah blah, but it's insanely expensive. Alyeska is good, but places like Whistler, Mount Baker, Jacksons Hole, Squaw, Alta, etc are better for everything else overall.

Alta, Jackson Hole, Wolf Creek, also Sunlight in Glenwood springs, Steepest Run: The Heathen (52° pitch) thats steep!!!!

dude, shes right. montana is plain and boring and definately doesnt have any good skiing. no one should ever come here.
