I'm going off to college this fall, and will be skiing a much larger mountain next year, so i feel that i should get a helmet, but i dont know a thing about helmets..... Which one should i get?

Searchbar for your own protection.....
but serious now, ive got a rossignol b-squad ( style like salomon patrol, with visors) its super light and saved my head a lot of times..... and i find it one of the finest looking helmets out there...

just get the watts. (vented version on the baker) i have the baker and the thing vents like a trashbag and flys up whenever i land or go too fast.

I like the RED mutiny, I've had one for a few seasons and just got a new one because the old one was beat up.

I dont really like snow helmets so i just use a skate board one over a hat. But i have tried a few helmets and i can tell you that sandbox is awfull. they may look sick but they fit retarded

well depends on what ur gonna do, if ur gonna be chargin big lines then a full face may be in order for you, if not POC receptor bug end story, its expensive but its multi-impact and has the best protection available, saved my ass multiple times

the giro shiv is by far teh best helmate out there for a freestyle skier, its light as fuck, looks good and the velcro is on the pads not on the inside of the helmate so if you wear a hat under the velcro wont rip it up.

best helmate ever

bern baker

smith holt

red trace

i like the baker the best out of all those. visor is so steezy and the helmet is super comfy

i ski a lot of backcountry, glades and such, but i have just started in the park, so basically i go all over
