I really want to try pipe, but I don't know a good place (or with that said any place) with a nice halfpipe. Anyone know where there's a nice halfpipe around here?

Or superpipe I guess. I did some searching and i found out that Nub's nob has a nice super pipe, but that's way in Michigan :( anywhere else?

Spirit, Giants Ridge, and even Hyland at one point all used to have a pipes. Now only buck is the only one left and it sucks for the most part. It's only fun in the spring time where one wall is slush but the other is ice. Was able to get a 5 in it, that's all. I saw a boarder get rodeo 9 though!

Yeah I really do wish some resort other than buck hill had a halfpipe or even a half pipe... the problem is that no hill wants to build and maintain a halfpipe that barely ANYONE uses. I've been telling the powder ridge park crew to make like a quarter pipe but the only thing closest to that was a hip they had in and I guess you could use the rollers side of the 40' in the north park but its just not the same.

Wild mountain's pipe circa 2009 was a GOAT pipe. Kidding of course, that pipe didn't wasn't even cut straight nor were the walls vertical.

even the shit hole known as sundown had a pipe in the farm lands of iowa until like 3 years ago, then decide it would be a better idea to make a rainbow box out of the pipe cutter.

Buck has taken better care of their pipe this year, either way you can always follow the tracks to find the good part of the wall and have a solid four or five hits down it.

I absorbed the wall and it still bucked me to the flat, maybe I should scope the wall out before I hit it...
