Read up on NS more son.

There is no "best" goggle, although NS will tell you the crowbars (i agree), but whatever fits your face well. That said, oakley DOES have the best lenses, and some oakley lenses that are good for everything are pink iridium, perminision, g30, etc.

different brands have different lense tints, but i like oakleys hi yellow lense the best for day and night riding

i find the rose mirror lense in my spy soldiers to work really well for both. it looks 95% mirrored in the day, yet manages to work decent when it is dark out
