i know Les 2 alps is really good but crowded, wich in the Austria-Switzerland zone will be open? Saas fee?

any info will be good, thanks

Went to Tignes last year - was really good. Nice park, not huge but lots of different features. Wasn't too busy during the week, at the weekend it got a little busier. For austria maybe Hintertux but haven't been there in the summer - only been there in winter so can't help you with that much...

Sorry to dub post

from friends I've heard hintertux is pretty good and from this video it looks pretty good from last year:

Have heard goooood things about the parks in the summer in Saas-Fee, Hintertux and Zermatt. Tignes is pretty legit and there's a good vibe there as well. But Les 2 Alpes is busy for a reason ... it's the bessssst!! Such a sick park, cool little village and chill people... all you need yo!

does any one know of any summer camps in Europe? I really want to go to one but airfare to the U.S almost doubles the overall price of camps for me.

I think laax has a summer park too up at the highest peak, i've only been there in the winter tough so the actuall park was open instead of the summer one.

Schnalstal in Italy, although the south didn't get that much snow this year its probably the best glacier I've ever skied park at.

The scenery is stunning, amazing nature and beautiful mountains. The prices are relatively low compared to Austria/France and Swiss and there are absolutely no people. Their rail setup kinda sucks, but the +20m step down and the medium jump line is too good anyway... so who cares.

smk camps, that's what i'm doing this year, did maverix camp last year but its so expensive, this time it will only be around 600/650 with travel, i'm in the uk as well, message me if you want more details bro

I'm going to Duex Alpes for this glorious looking creation:

2 Alpes is by far the best summer park around, hands down. However the crowds get too much, at least if you ask me. I would definitely look into Schnalstal as well, heard really good things. Or maybe Hintertux, but that might be crowded as well.

People need to realise that Stubai and Kaunertal are closing today, or the next couple of days, they're not summer parks, but spring parks. So if you go there in the summer, you will be quite disappointed. Dachstein will also most likely be closing within the next couple of weeks.

So that leaves us with Hintertux, maybe Kitzsteinhorn, Schnalstal, Les 2 Alpes, Zermatt, Saas Fee. There are other glaciers open, but with minimal or no parks they aren't very interesting.

stubai park is closed since a week, and hintertux park isn't open during summer! kaunertal is closing now!schnalstal isn't open yet, but will be pretty dope!

I saw them skiing last year..so sick!

This one is from a few days ago:

I feel compelled to again stress the fact that Hintertux Park isn't open in the summer, just so that no one treks all the way there to ride park.

It's always open until almost everything is melt down but they still got fresh snow a few days ago so it's probably going to take a while. Just check the webcams before you go there..

Is it? It seems that they could be open all summer then, i don't see the pipe, jumps and top half rails melting completely away at any point?

ok well you can just ski at stubai.. which is what i do every now and then. Just cruise with ladies...

theres ladies at stubai?! for example?!

i think ive met a couple, but ive never actually skied stubai so i cant say for sure

well that narrows it down. i met a couple nice pretty ladies this year in the allgäuer/tiroler alps

Yesterday it was pretty warm so you can't actually give a good forecast for more then a week...if it's pretty hot you're too slow to hit the jumps but you can hit the rails pretty long.

Well i guess it depends how much work is put in maintaining the park. Pretty sure Hintertux park could stay open for the whole summer if they had the crew and bully hours they needed.
