im lookin to get new boots sometime in the near future and i want a good freestyle boot.. i was lookin at the 1080 boots but i was wondering what other boots out there are good??? anyone got any preferences?

1080's, promodels, xwaves, kryptons, zrx's, rossi softs, lange softs, line. there's a million boots out there and they're all good. just get one that's comfy

i used to have salomon promodels but i didnt like them too much. they didnt fit me great and they were a little too stiff for whta i was doing. now i've got some of last year's technice icon alu hotforms and they are awesome. the hotform liners are unbelievable in my opinion. if you have the cash, def check out a pair.

xwaves and 1080s are the exact same boot, but xwaves have a wayyyyyy better liner and the 1080s have a cushioned sole i guess to reduce impact but i notice no difference at all.

Tecnica Diablo Magnesium are so sick. They are much more of a performance boot but I can't stand the 1080 boots, way too soft.

^I've got the diablo fire's, less stiff then the magnesium and $100 less, even though the only difference between the two is the buckles and the flex index. But then again, if you plan on going to the olympics and every 1/1000th of a second counts on your race times, i guess it would be smart to get the magnesiums, as they do make the boot slightly lighter.....

One more in the 'whatever fits' column... the liner on my soft boots packed out and now my heel lifts up. It wouldn't matter (they're just park boots) but I can't nose manual or butter if I want to.

^ head to your shop (or even a general store like princess auto) and get some foam inserts and put them directly above your ankle. Will make a world of difference.

Screw this I'm going skiing

salomon verse boots are the softest shit ever like 2 buckels and this pull thing. as close to a snowboard boot feel ive ever had- which is still way off- i love mine. other boots lead to injurys and cramps and shit these are softer than baby foreskin

This is better than freeipods they dont spam you-help me out i swear it works- free ipod or other mp3 player and you only have to put 7 bucks into doing an offer.http://www.mp3players4free.com/default.aspx?r=14896

the magnesium technica's are the most comfortable boot ive ever owned. they have alot of upgrades in them, i really like the opening cuff, it makes ski boots sooo much easier to get into. if your willing to pay that kind of price i would definately recommend them. by the way i got mine on sale for $400 (so i got a good deal).
