i went on a 28 day canoe trip once and between 13 of us we went through 17 bottles of medium sized tobasco. this one guy put it on EVERYTHING. it was interesting. since then, i haven't been able to use tobasco.
omelet, but not actually on the eggs. you crack the eggs into the bowl like usual then mix it up. Then pour some tabasco in there and mix it up. then cook usual omelet. SO GOOD
I put a fair bit in the mix while I'm whipping the eggs, and then when they're done I put quite a few drops on my toast, put the eggs on the toast, and put more tabasco on the eggs. I love me some omelettes
I put it on my bagels and it's bomb. Almost like jalapeno cream cheese.
But then, I dip nearly everything I eat (bagels included) in sweet Baby Ray's BBQ, so that's just me.
