Best food to fuel skiing

mine rotates between....

fried rice

Lodge food is good and cheap at my mountain. I get a basket of curly fries and then a burger and on a pow day a bread bowl because it takes the energy out of me. And a red bull of course all like 7 bucks

breakfast: Dunkin Doghunts Egg and Cheese on a bagle w/ coffie coolada

Lunch: Pizza or Chicken nuggs/strips and fris new grape monster

Dinner: Spagetti with meatballs, pizza, munchies, or tacos or chinese

I LOVE that stuff.

I usually just eat something quick for breakfast, like a piece of toast, or stop at the gas station for a breakfast sandwich (they're not that bad at Holiday, and only $1)

For lunch I have Ramen, Monster, and Spirit Mt's amazing french fries.

does anyone else like not eat alot when your skiing? like i normally just have a granola bar and im good for 6 hours

thats what everyone says................. until they try it! stuff is goooold. a good plate of poutine and your set for the day.

cereal, bagels, and orange juice in the morning

sunflower seeds and/or a gatorade in my coat pocket for on hill snacking

lunch is usually a PB+J and an orange, or if i'm buying, cookie, hotdog, soda

thats kinda gay i posted penis, my post got removed and my karma down by 3000. i didnt really mean that eating a penis was good i was just joking dude.

everyone outside of quebec thinks its some sort of exotic delacacy. to me its a normal meal

The Maritimes seem to be down with poutine. I'm personally not the biggest fan. Maybe it's just these Americans that don't know about it.

tortilla or maybe some avacado if i'm feelin adventurous. man, that stuff is like green butter, but kinda hard to eat at 4 am.

Bacon or Sausage and Chocolate Milk are definite musts. Some pancakes, waffles, or french toast also helps.

sorry kids...whiskey or beer...the secret is to fuel yourslef all nite so when morning comes you dont remeber anything...you just know your ready to go until the day is over...then you repeat the process...its pretty fun... but its also known as acoholism

This is the Wake'n Bacon - An alarm clock that wakes you up by cooking bacon. It should be standard issue in the bedrooms of all skiers.
