pretty self explanatorywhat hits the spot on the morning of a day of skiing?
id say oatmeal, and then a red bull 10 minutes before youre actually skiing

PANCAKES

then lunch goes like this

redbull

white macadamia nut cookie

hawaian pizza

that lunch combo made me ski better no joke

def. pancakes in the morning before the hill

lunch would def. be pizza and spicy fries at my hill with a redbull/monster/gatorade

PENIS!

fuck, this always happens.

umm, top ramen, chilli dogs, beef, hot chocolate, pizza, burritoes, and nachoes

couple big ol bowls of cereal in the morning, maybe a muffin or summat on the bus. oh and some grapefruit juice, thats a must.

pb and j, or whatever other sandwich im in the mood for on the hill. some chips of some sort, a cookie or two. some agua, mebbe gatorade or pepsi.

some granola bars or whatever when i get hungry at random times during the day.

dinner... who the fuck knows. depends on the day

Breakfast:

Bagel w/ Cream Cheese + Orange Juice

Lunch:

Meat, Lettuce, Mustard Sangquich, + Apple + Granola Bar

sketti and meatballs.
closely followed by chili in a breadbowl. yours at any mountain for only $14.99

well said. i indulge on chili breadbowls wherever i roam.

i'll also throw out that, at least when I ski, i'll stop sometimes at jack in the box and have a big breakfast of burgers and tacos and coke, even if its 6am.

cup of noodles, fries, cheesesteak jimmys, pasta, pizza, its all good. but lodge food is expensive :(

Not much beats McDicks breakfast on the way up (2 hour drive for me).

I try to bring lunch cause it's cheaper and more filling and better than the food at the hill, although we have good food for pretty cheap so it's a good fall back.

bananas, free granola bars from ski check and the ticket windows hahaha. generally i don't get that hungry when i ski.

in the morning scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast OR a breakfast burrito followed by a red bull make me ski like a champ

Oatmeal, a clementine, and coffee in a mug on the drive up works for me. Lunch is usually a deli sandwich packed up. I brown-bag it.

Gotta have the coffee though. Can't function without it anymore.

take a coffee mug fill it with jack daniels, then dump in a gram of coke, stir chug go rip. if it was good enough for stevie ray it is good enough for me.

but seriously a bacon egg n cheese mcgriddle meal with a medium hi-c orange

A nice, healthy bowl of cereal in the morning, and my one-a-day energy vitamin.
Fries, soda, and a cookie for lunch (under $5)
Redbull to stay awake on the drive home, and a 32g protien power bar to help build up what I worked over the day.

Breakfast- Eggs and an english muffin w/ peanut butter Vitamins and a cup of coffee
Lunch- Tuna sandwich with an apple
Lunch-close: Bud Light

quick oats or bacon egg and cheese and a ton of OJ idk if its just me but red bull monster 5 hour energy none of them do anything for me sorta sucks

breakfast: eggs bacon toast and orange juice

10 minutes before skiing eat a poptart and down a 12 oz red bull

lunch: cheeseburger. snickers. redbull

Usually a granola with fruit and yogurt with some tea. Maybe some toast if I'm in a rush to get up. Clemtines are money in the morning.

and a big pile of cheese scrambled eggs with salsa, that'll get you to about noon
then...TIGER'S MILK BARS!!!!!!! RAAAAAAAAWR!!!!

I never stop for lunch, it takes away from quality shred time. I pack my pockets with pepperoni slices, cheese slices, and times crackers. Powerbar Smoothie flavors, Clif Shot Bloks, and Trident Tropical gum. Chewing gum makes me get less thirsty.

pepperoni slices. trail mix. CLIF BARS. Sometimes subway if my parents feel like getting it. The food at my hills is terrible so i always try to bring stuff.
