A.F.I. did this list and i think its a little out of wack. The top three are hard to argrue with but i disagree with their order.

Mine

1.VADER-THE FLYEST INTERGALICTIC GANGSTER OF ALL TIME

2. Lecter

3. Cruella Deville-101 dalmations-c'mon she kills puppys, it doesn't get more evil then that

4.Bates

5.the chick from the excorcist-

i'm looking for their actual list maybe i'll post if i find it
