Best East Coast skiing??? +K for good posts

It does for skiing dude, quit kidding yourself. Yeah Sundown is fun after school for maybe about an hour, but that's it. The park can be fun, but there's plenty of other much, much better options in New England.
 
it's a pretty easy school for someone with decent grades and sat scores to get into

don't get me wrong, uvm is fucking awesome and i think it's a sweet place to go to school but it's not up there with dartmouth and middlebury
 
PSU my man. 20 minutes from loon and waterville, 30 from cannon, and a ton of small little hills you can ride. UVM is sick, i love burlington and i love it there, but it is not as close to skiing as PSU.

UVM you are roughly an hour or less from stowe, sugarbush, smuggs, mad river, and then theres bolton which is the closest and has night skiing and weekly comps

plus at uvm u get a free ride to all those resorts and others if you are in the ski and snowboard club. They are getting huge. this year they are having a bunch of premieres and they brought wiz khalifa
 
I'd definitely say Vermont. They get a season pass for three mountains. I forget which mountains, but it is at such an amazing deal. Vermont is the place to go in the east
 
UVM or UNH are your best bets. Whoever said the best skiing was Vermont and Mass are on crack, there's like 1 decent mountain in Mass if that, and Loon/WV/Cranmore aren't so bad for NH.
 
HaHa, Tahoe is the shit my friends. Sqauw, northstar, Heavenly, ALPIE MEADOWS!! I mean ill hook you up with all the RENO and Carson City urban spots as well.
 
Screw going to college with a girl.. huge recipe for disaster.

Go your separate ways and just keep in touch and if it works out after school then awesome. But dont cheat yourself out of the experience of rediscovering yourself just because you think she is the one..

Dude I can already see she has changed you.. You need to go away and not have her influencing everything you do.. She seams like a awesome girl but you need to be realistic.

You know My girl and I arnt going to go to school together because its not realistic at all or fair to cheat each other out of that time of our lives..

 
i heard that the best skiing is in mexico.

the have some rather prestigious universities there too apparently.
 
I was debating between UMaine Farmington and UVM then i went and visited the two. When i asked the tour guide what people do on the weekends her response was "well there is a movie theatre and a pizza place in the center of town." I went to Burlington the next day and that made my decision.

Burlington is such a sick place to be, that being said, UVM, St. Mikes, or Champlain are good options, I got a full Sugarbush Seasons pass for $100

and going to school with your GF is not a wise choice, but i guess it all depends on the person
