Best dub flip thus far

dunno if it was a dub flip, but it was fucking sick, and looked way better than most of the hucked doubles
 
yeah that one was sick.i can't remember exactly what jacobs one at last years joi was like but i know at the time that was my fave double. dub corks aren't really flips though. they are cooler though.

I'm not trying to say it isn't sick. I'm just saying a flip would involve your ankles going above your head which in most corks it doesnt.
 
you're splitting hairs, upside down or not its double off axis

and yeah that mike clarke 12 was sick, thats how this doubles thing should go, dub corks are sick, but this "kangaroo" thing is turning into double backflip spin out, that sammy "kangaroo 10 " looked like shit i dont care if he landed.
 
it could've been the angle, you couldn't really see how much of a kang flip it was from the side.
 
naw it was practice, no camera because the jumps were too damned perfect to give up. no worries its not like he had perfect style and didnt move once in the air or anything...
 
lets be honest, DOUBLE FLIPS DON'T LOOK THAT GOOD. athletic talent, yes. i wish comps weren't going in this direction though.

not to be a hater.

clarkes double was sick, but it did look to me like he grabbed a tindy, not a "blunt". grabbing your outside edge of your ski is not legit, and never has been, and never will be. im sure he will be doing them with a better grab, just pointing that out.

I think clarkes tindy are dope. peple should care a litte less about wich grabs are cooler and whatnot. I still like a good old croked safety in a cab 5 over a true tail.
