I was at Jay Peak this weekend, and it was a hella good way to end the season. easily one of the best trips of the year, the glades were fuckin nasty. and i didn't break my shoulder there this year, so that was a plus.

im guessing most of you guys are done with your season as well, so what was your favorite/best day all year? where, why, etc

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?

mine was last week at steamboat...it was super sunny, and the park was sooo soft and I landed like every 7 and tweaking out 3 and 5 grabs...it was nice

i had this sweet day at my local hill. it was like at the end feb. it was like 50 degrees so it was warm but not warm to the point where everyone was bummed out. everyone was real lax and was smiling. the resort was even givin out free popcorn... perfect ski atmosphere

I was out at Jackson Hole over New Years. I went backcountry in the trees. No new snow but it was PERFECT. Great weather, great views. Just an Awesome time!

-Hey Harry you want to go to Aspen?

The day I first landed a 540 was pretty exciting. There is such a difference between a 360 and 540, I mean thats moving up a big step! Then landing my first 720 was cool and even better was landing my first 900. Learning to throw switch 180's, 360s and 540s all on the same day was another wicked time.

But I think my best day was at Silverstar, BC. It snowed 2 feet and nobody else was there. We had fresh tracks all day. Hitting the shoots on the backside was amazing. I did the same run about 10 times and found new lines everytime!

etom, sounds like the first time I did a 720. Landed 3 then the next one I did I wanted to film so I went really big and totaly cased, broke my skis and hurt my knee, I was out for 2 1/2 weeks.

oh man. my family isn't rich or anything so we dont get to go anywhere out of Wisconsin besides Michigan..

anyways. i had two best days, both of them where at sunburst.

day one. i stayed in sunburst's park all that night. it was the best. the table had to be at least 8 feet tall and ten feet long. that was the day i decieded to try switch tricks. i landed a switch 270 right away, so i just stepped up to a switch 3 on my second try. it was really easy. towards the end of the night i laned a switch five by acciedent. it was so fucking cool.

day two. the school skitrip at sunburst. oh my god it was fun. me and my buttbuddie Garrett where the only tykes with skis, the rest of the kids where snowboaders talking big shit. i busted my first ever 720 and was so stoaked. it was easy, easy like fresh apple pie cooling on the windowcill. all day was like a jam session, we just hit the big table and threw big grab, or we hit the little spine and hit 720s, all in all it was fun. garrett hit his 360 safty, it was nice, for a anal reaming bassid hound.

a few weeks ago, we got a pretty nice 30 ft table, but we worked on it for about a half hour till some dumbass (andy) hit the jump and tried a 7 while all of us were standing on it, almost fucking decapitated us all, and then another dumbass hit it and pretty much landed on a freshmen, we got into a pretty big fight with him... but now comes the cool part, my friends both landed their first 7's and the rest of us were busting out huge 3's 5's and grabs and stuff, it was real nice

at the end of january nakiska(not known for anything but racing and groomed) got almost four feet of powder up top and it was -25 out so there was absolutely nobody there. Doing three turns wthout being able to see because the snow is flowing over your head is the sickest feeling in the world
