trampoline, bike (i road bike but im sure xc, bmx, trials/urban, and downhill are fine too) and running seem to help.

ya I usually run about 20psi and I'm 70kg... some people run lower.

I'd be interested to hear what non-unicyclists think of street unicycling (the first 4 vids) compared to trials unicycling (the last vid)? Which would you more likely bother to watch if it was on TV?

And before anyone jumps in with "that's gotta hurt your balls!", I'll just say, "yeah it can do when you're learning how to ride but other than that it's just annoying to hear people talk about it"... but yeah you can take the odd hit, but not even as as often or severe as soccer/skiing.

Definitely mountain biking. All skiers including racers do it to build up legs and back.

Trampolining for legs, back and for practising flips.

football

track

weightlifting

when im not doing those i swim and bike at my leisure when im bored

pheasant hunting , builds up good legs.

Abs every night to keep my 6 pack.

i can unicycle. its really hard to do stalls and shit so i quit it. but i think rugby gets me into shape in the summer and spring months.

for learning tricks id tramp rollerblade and ramp but other than that i bike long board and other stuff like basketball

hiking/trail running...running down a steep mountain balls to the wall really helps with reaction time, balance, stabilizing muscles, etc. i think its the best cross training for general free skiing.

^running downhill doesn't really factor into long term knee health, or backs for that matter. Save the punishment for actually skiing.

riding fixed gear bikes. a lot of fun, unreal leg workout, and if youre a man about it and ride brakeless, its fun to ride around the city feeling like youre gonna die.

that, and skateboarding. cos skateboarding is the best thing ever. not sure if it helps skiing, but skating every day probably keeps me in shape. who knows gah!

seems to be some connection between soccer and skiing

idk why though, maybe just because theyre mainly sports that use leg muscles

soccer for sure, helps with you feet/legs corinadtion so your stil good with rails and tech shit like that, plus it keeps you realy fit. i play soccer and its basically running for 90min plus its really fun cause you can dangle kids like mad, so fun.

also swimming fast laps for an hour plus some chin-ups and sit-ups gets you jacked really fast

inline skating, trampoline, weight lifting, and being a swingman on the back of a grabage truck ahah.

def. u dun even need that. i was filling bags of sand which was pretty funny for everyone i told, till they found out i was makin 2, 3 timaes as much as them

any kind of biking and working to pay for these friggen expensive passes :| if i ever get really really rich i promise to make a free park with a lift and everything
