I'm looking to buy a new camera for filming but I don't want to spend a ton of money, but at the same time I would like a good camera. What is the best lower priced camera to get?

I like my Nikon d3300 it's a decent camera for the price, 1080 60p and you can hack the bit rate on that guy to at least 56mbps. Put in a flat picture setting and it's got the same pretty much the same sensor as the d7200
