Best camera for shooting pow ???

Just want some help figuring out which camera I should buy next year my budget will be within a grand because i have a summer job. I want good fps and a wide angle lens but i have no experience in these sorts. any help ?

One of the newer Gopros would be good but it sounds like you're looking for more than that. Getting a high fps is going to be difficult under 1000 dollars. I always recommend it but a TM700 might work for you. No matter what you get, I would get a waterproof case or something since filming pow often means you will be getting snow on your camera.

well i would like a camera that i can zoom with possibly a telephoto a weak one tho i talked to my boss and apparently ill be making 3 grand. I already have a go pro the problem is you have to sacrifice quality for the fps??? any other ideas. what camera do u have

Right now I'm using a tm700. 1080p 60fps. Image quality is pretty solid especially for the price.
