Best burger joint

Not to be cocky or anything, but the most memorable burger i've had, I made myself.

Nontraditional recipe:

-One pack of minced meat (find the one with no added salt and water).

-mix the minced meat in a bowl with one egg to bind it better, for easily shaping the burger.

-Adapt the mix of seasoning for your taste

-dice onions and put it in the bowl with the meat.

-cut up 2 red chillies and dice'em, and put them in the bowl.

-Blend this mix with a spoon until it's all perfectly mixed.

Cool!

-Now, roast a lot of onions with a LOT of butter.

-Make guacamole, preferrely from scratch but if you ain''t gor time or patience a premade one from the store will do just fine.

In order;

-roast the burgers, and put the preffered ammount of chees on after roasting.

-Roast the bread with a little butter.

- Bottom of the bread; Hamburger dressing, and the roasted onions and cucumber.

- Lay the roasted burger on top of that and attack it with as much guacamole as possible.

- Nicley place some lettuce and pour over some BBQ sauce.

-Place bread on top.

Enjoy!

Remember to adapt your own recipe for 100% satisfaction.

You didn't ask for my "expert" cooking advice, but you are welcome :P

You guys really think 5 guys makes the best burgers? Damn i think a burger from any real resturant beats 5 guys out of the park

SLC joints like Hires Big H and Crown Burger are all fucking amazing.

Have two really dank places minutes from my house, and old school burger and shake shack that hooks it up and a fast-order sandwich shop that creates a pretty fuckin mean burger and philly cheesteak sandwich.

This place near my house serves burgers that are made with 50% angus beef and 50% bacon.... Topped with bacon, on a pretzel bun

Val's off East St. Germain in St Cloud MN. Very greasy but very good.

Maybe for a commercial chain, but compared to any proper burger at a restaraunt it fucking sucks.

True but its a go to place if I have 10 bucks and Im near one. Actual restaurants that are famous for burgers or any meal will reign supreme over anything like a chain.

In N Out is good, but I wouldn't say it's the best. It's that kinda cheeseburger I'm craving when drunk. Their buns are good tho.

Culver's is up there when you're looking for a specific type of burger. Somewhere in between fast food and gourmet. It's a huge Midwest chain, highly recommended after a ski session with all yer boys.

Their butterburgers are godly. I haven't been to one in a long time though, maybe I'll go in the next few months.

Lol yeah that's true. I just about went to school there before I decided on Duluth.

Some native american art gallery/cafe near Zion National Park, best bison burger I have ever devoured. It was simple, greasy, salty, and way too expensive but it was amazing.

But Good Times is my go to. Love their guacamole bacon burger.

You should rename the thread to "best chain burger joint" because there are way too many local chains that are next level dank that most of us will never be near :/

Or it's a good reference for whenever you're in the area.
