Larkburger-DTC Colorado

Splitz Burger-Whistler, BC

but my heart truly belongs to Empire Burger-Breck,Co. But also nothing beats a burger at home with some love

Oh my god do I love burgers....
The amount of times I have eaten a burger that has completely changed the course of my day has been too many to count, my two favorites are...
5 Guys--Cheeseburger with lettuce, mayonnaise, onions and jalepenos.
Culver's--Double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, mayonnaise, and onions.
With a large serving of greasy fries of course :)

This one time i went to a place called 5 guys near phili. that was probly the greasiest, tastiest burger ive ever had...

In N Out and Five Guys are good, but come on...the best burger ever? Not even close.
They are good burgers, no doubt, but if that is the best burger you've ever had...get out a bit more.
Those two wouldn't even make my top 10 in just Portland, let alone the country.
For those ever in Portland check out...

5 guys, or the southwest burger from the Dusty Boot in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

It is a burger with green chili on top and has jalapeños and possibly bacon (cant remember).

it is epic though...

claim jumper's widow maker. yes, that's fried onions, avocado, four strips of bacon, two slices of thick-cut tillamook cheddar, mayo, and red relish.

OR my local favorite. People's Park in Waukesha, WI has this amazing burger referred to as the valley burger. (it's the burger above "sandwiches") Half Pound certified Angus Beef grilled to your liking and served with Romaine, fresh sliced Tomato, Red Onion, Avocado, crispy wood smoked Bacon, a light lime Cilantro Aioli & Cheddar Cheese.

We make these burgers at work that are deffenately the best burgers ive ever had, take 85% ground beef and mix in cheddar cheese and fresh ground bacon then then hand pack 1/2lb patties. We also do portabella and Swiss and buffalo bleu cheese which is a hot buffalo dry rub basically and bleu cheese crumbles. Sooo fucking good I'm addicted to the buffalo bleu cheese

I'm boring. Rare-med rare, swiss cheese, tomato, and lettuce with a tosted bun mmmmmmmmm

as for fast food type burgers in-n-out and five guys are both delicious

Teriyaki burger at Ono-Char Burgers. It was some roadside stand in Kauai my family and i went to when our car broke down. It was a magical experience minus fighting the wild cocks

In Costa Rica, I had a burger every day we were there. So, a week. I guarantee you that every pattie was made from cow the day before. Spooking good

Dude I know what you mean, their beef is very very very good. I doubt it was a day old as I think it has to age a little but it's truly epic.

West Winds truck stop in Green River UT. But there's a story to ist amazingness that just makes it that much better. It was twards the end of a 9 day canyoneering trip with my crew and we were headin back to Colorado for some backpackin action and on the way back we decided to stop and do a short, easy canyon for one last good time. This was a very easy canyon with a few potholes that were kinda chilly, but nothin hard. Well at the very end of the canyon there is a section that gets very narrow so you have to stem to keep above it for a certain distance, not too far er hard. So we get to this point and just our damn luck, we get stuck behind a troop of unprepared, stupid, il-equipt boyscouts with absolutely NO buisness in canyon country. So were chilln waitin for probably about an hour when we start to hear frantic panicked screams. Our leader goes down to see whats goin on, only to find out that there is a 216 pound teenage boy who dropped down too early in the previously mentioned narrow spot. This lard ass is now stuck chest-to-back with his feet off the ground in a canyon. Luckily, unlike their group, we had a SPOT PLB and hit the 911. Long story short, several hours later SAR shows up at the edge of the canyon and sets up an anchor for the un-stuck people to ascend out on. At this point, it is 2:30 A.M. in the middle of canyon country when we finally all get back to the car to roll out. Having nothing but snack lunches and water for the past 12 hours, we thought it a wonderful idea to stop in at a truck stop, West Winds, and chow the fuck down. I of course ordered a fat burger and fries. And that, my friends, is the story of my best burger ever.
