Best breakfast for skiing

People always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and is absolutely imperative in an action sport such as skiing. I want to know what you like to have for breakfast before a long day of skiing, and what you recommend as a high energy breakfast. Mine consists of:

- A bowl of Vector

- yogurt

- a banana

- 2-3 eggos, they have lots of calories

So what's your (skiing) breakfast of champions?
 
I ate two breakfast burritos from Mcdonalds before skiing snoqualmie on Tuesday. Worst fucking idea I have ever had... I shit my guts out for a good 25 minutes around noon. Good thing I wear brown pants! lol jk

Best Idea is a bowl of frosted mini wheats followed by 3 scrambled eggs with bacon... Win
 
one of a couple things:1) Beto's breakfast burritos. so dope. eggs, cheese, potatoes, bacon, some sausage. sublime choice.2) Mcdonalds. right at the base of LCC. great pancakes and sausage biscuits. hash browns good too. another solid choice.3) pop tarts. eat 4 to 6 chocolate pop tarts and that usually gets me going.

 
Something I can eat in the car, usually a banana or a bagel or something. I should probably plan it better though, I'm always starving after a little bit.
 
oatmeal, banana, yogurt, granola, all mixed together, one cup of green tea, 2+ cups of water, and 500mg vitamin c.
 
if i have all the stuff i love
vanilla yogurt + cut up banana + cut up strawberry + granola/all bran bits/grape nuts + a really good juice + buttered sesame bagel = the best ever IMO
 
Option A: Dunkin Donuts Bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate glazed donut

Option B: McDonald's bacon egg and cheese bagel

Option C: Cereal
 
I eat what i can find at home :p

some slices of bread with some meat on, boiled eggs, serial, fruits :P

Sometimes i just eat some junkfood on the way to the mountain :P
 
1.Bowl of Crispix with 2% milk

2.Cup of OJ

3.Dunkin Donuts sausage and egg sandwich on an english muffin with no cheese.

-a ton of oj-either honey bunches of oats or oatmeal-or eggs with turkey sausage-or bacon with toast fried in the bacon grease and eggs fried in bacon grease then put together in a sandwich stuffed with chesee then refried this is for those days when you are skiing with people that suck and need an excuse to end around 1 to go take a massive shit
 
a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with another on the side. its what Olympians eat. i saw it on a McDonalds ad so it has to be true
