Best breakfast food

Breakfast burritos. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, chorizo, and red/green chile. Wash that down with a 16 oz. cup of coffee and then hit a redbull after your warmup runs and you're good to go.
 
thats the best one right there.....also, eggs benedict (sp?) is really good 2, its pretty hard to beat a well made hollindaise sause
 
I'd waste too much money if i bought lucky charms..down the whole box in 1 or 2 sittings.

Instead i suffer through shredded wheat with bran...i only eat what i need and no more thankfully it = money saved + good health

I like to top it off with unsweetened soy milk too!

what i would like: choco. belgian waffles/pankakes, frenchtoast, homefries

what i do have: bowl of cheerios and a mocha on the dash
 
i would have to agree or a chocolate chip muffin or a pumpernickel bagel with oats and sesame and veggie cream cheese... yum
 
ok. bacon egg and cheese sandwich a bagel and cream cheese and some of those like fries except not fries things but theyre almost fries
 
steak, 2 eggs over easy english muffin with butter and rasberry jam, larege glass of OJ, 1/2 grapefruit with honey all over.
 
breakfast burrito: ham steak, delicious salsa, cheese, and of course eggs wrapped up. i eat one a day to keep me strong.
 
you all eat shyte for breakfast. Tasty..but so unhealthy.

you can pull it off when your young....but in like 5-10, it's gonna go straight to your tits (guys) and ass (girls)
 
granola usually has lots of sugar in it doesn't it? It's been a while since i took science but doesn't excess sugar get metabalized into carbohydrates and then carbs metabalized into fat? or something to that extent?

I've got myself on a strict dietary plan right now..
 
Total carbs are 25g's (8% DV) but it has 6g of dietary fiber(25% DV) so it's pretty damn good. There are a few different types of sugars and carbs anyway you cant really generalize. Dietary fiber also helps negate carb induced spikes in insulin aswell. Insulin pretty much puts your body into sponge mode and you soak up lots of stuff (great for combining with protein for body building) but really bad to mix with fats since you will store them much easier. Thats why they said you shouldn't mix carb/fat meals because they lead to increased fat gain. So french fries =bad news, exc
