Unfortunately, this is bad advice. Your boot has no idea what style you've got or your level of riding- it only knows the shape of your foot, range of motion in your ankle, leg shape, and how much you weigh. These are the most important things to match your boot to.
You should really see a boot-fitter and try on boots with an open mind. Find the best match for you and it will rip GS turns, the park, the pow, and everything in between. If you start by asking for an all mountain boot or a park boot, you will most likely end up with foot pain or shin bang. Get what fits and you will have a comfortable boot that skis well all over the hill.
