Yup, got fitted into dalbello lupos for that issue myself (also the narrower heel pocket) as my new inbounds and out boot. Rode it all last season and am stoked that I finally had a boot that didn't cause any headaches.
Previously was in some tecnicas which also have a nice high instep but the heel pocket was never that tight for my skinny heels and I lost a couple toenails.
None of the add-ons (footbeds, eliminators, heel wedges, etc.) made the other boots I've worn over the years work, despite the shop dudes' efforts.
