Hey guys

I have a bone in my foot that gets agitated by one part of my boot, so I need to get some consultation as to whether i just need new liners cause they are packed out, or if i need to get the boot blown out in that area....who is the most experienced and trustworthy boot fitter in whistler?

I guess the most knowledgable would be sweet too.....

thanks

go to surefoot. ask around, they fit custom orthotic boots and stuff and have fancy gagetry that takes computer pictures of you foot.

I'd say go to Vancouver and visit Paul at snowcovers. He's amazing. I don't know if he still comes up to Whistler snowcovers at all but you could check.

at snowcovers in van they told me they deal with a lot of injuries and consequent liners, but then it might be the same at surefoot... They seem like they know what they're doing though.

A few come to mind

George Mckonkey: McCoo's

Erin Keam: Can Ski Village

Alex Vu: Can Ski Blackcomb

Raiger: Can Ski Creek

Snow Covers: Kevin and the boys

Excess Sports: Yves

Surfoot: The Lord Of The Parks Him Self "Brian Coles"

Salomon Store: Pat

Glacier Shop: Scotty T, Jamie Carrol

brian coles of surefoot in whistler knows where it is at when it comes to boots.. because when you sit on one of the chairs at surefoot your disgusting bone will be at his eye level, he will be able to assess and correct your problem with unequaled accuracy.. and who else traveled to aspen to learn how to fit boots? nobody else in north america. ask about the 2 boots for one deal at surefoot.

I think I win.

I can't have surgery because the downtime is like 2 months... and I don't really get an off-season.

Is it too late to appologize for making people projectile vomit? I'm sorry.

But yeah, Kev, Cadaryn, Jay, Phil when he isn't vandalizing my gear, are all great at Snowcovers.

i just fitted race boots for a guy with heel spurs bigger than that and with huge ones on his navicular too. no problem.

but i recommend going to see mcconkey if you want a pair of rush 8s verticalized with a heel lift and a intuition liner

The Fanatykco guys are really good too...they convinced me to go from a size 30 boot to a 28.5 this year...it was a BITCH for the first 2 weeks but its $$$ now...

i got new liners from George McConkey this year and i gotta say its changed my life... no pain, perfect fit... intuition liners are the shit.

same scenario for me. toe nails are still black from the first week or two of using em, but i'm happy...
