your toe wings are loose. thats why you popped out. as for the markers, you REALLY should not be cranking bindings all the way. A, its very hard on the springs, and they loose their strength, resulting in them having inaccurate settings, and B, their reactions can be less stable and predictable.
as for bindings, my personal recommendation, especially for park/pipe riding would be An FKS/Zrace 15-18. any of the older race stock turntable bindings are just as good, if not better. like freshhh said, the screw mounting location really does give the ski a much more natural flex pattern than traditional bindings. it is very noticeable, and thats y people are so hardcore about them. the traditional pivot series is also very good. at a 14 din, youd be fine. same idea as the turntables, but with more user-friendly design, and a little more slop in the interface than the zero-slop interface of the race bindings.
