dance cave bitches, ive never had a bad night at the cave. horseshoes rockin too. and kathedral / opera house for shows.

The Madison (piano bar is the best there)

if you are looking more for traditional bars...then thats a different story...
 
lol hard rock? are u kidding me? maybe if you like 60 year old fat guys. madisons a pretty good time too, and always a dirty night at the brunswick.
 
I went to resovoir lounge the other night. It's down on front street near the flat iron building. It's a more up class jazz bar. It was pretty awsome. Good music, and a really chilled atmosphere. Not my normal hole in the wall bar, and the fact that they actually had a toilet that flushes and paper towel, was a new thing for me. But definately awsome jazz, if your not feeling like clubbing it up.
 
It was live. The chick sings every Monday, and theres no cover charge. I learned about it from a friend who use to go to school with the chick. I definately recomend checking it out.
 
I would say both. I went after work and got some dinner there. It was a fancy pizza, but it was incredible. I finished work at ten and it was 1130ish when i got the pizza.

But where is dance cave? I hear people talk about it all the time but I have no idea where it is.
 
Queens legs on Eglinton is the spot for underage north toronto kids. Any shitty old ID will get you in. terrible bar but it was good times in highschool.
 
Dance cave is cool, I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago. Not what I expected. Good music, and a lot of good people there.
