Flaming Lips and The Grateful Dead, pretty much all I've got going right now, I don't know why, but I just can't seem to get either of those out of my head, Flaming Lips for the lyrics and The Dead for the incredible jams, especially the live stuff. Oh yeah, and New Riders of The Purple Sage, if anyone's ever heard of them. They used to tour with the Dead all the time and Jerry Garcia was actually their guitarist for a while.

I honestly haven't heard of very many of those 'bands' I assume some of them were rapping GROUPS and others were teeny-bopper punk clone groups but I'd have to say: Guns'n' Roses...and I'm shock to see that noone has put arguably the greatest rock band in history on here: KISS

Before I had listened to Tool, I couldn't have raised any band to the #1 position. Now I can. I've listening to Ænima and Lateralus for a half year non -stop and it just rocks the all.

Radiohead comes in as a close second.
