ya man whats up with shipping to Ontario? I preordered mine and haven't even been billed, yet people who didn't preorder it are saying the have got it already. Even people in Norway say they have gotten it.
 
yo, im in ontario, an havent got it yet. So im sure its comming, funny story, i went to my mailbox like everyday at lunch to see, and therre was a package, and i was PUMPED, then it was ANOTHER pre order pack from poorboys for war, whitch i did not order twice...so yea, i was bumed
 
i had a package just get here two days ago, and it was supposed to be here before last friday. all in all...blame the border, that's what's responsible.
 
i have to think its something with you being at college. because everyone else who says they havent gotten theirs is also at college
 
the boarder makes buying anything in the US not worth it now because they charge so much as fees....
 
did your shop order from ALLY DISTRIBUTION?...and if they didn't tell them to get with the program if they want to sell any good movies.
 
People in Norway got them sooner because scandanavia and europe has separate distribution, and luckily for them got their copies made and shipped earlier. as for you canadians, you have Not been neglected, customs really holds things up for sure. ever notice how it takes 2 weeks longer to get a copy of a magazine, or anything else from the US? its a terrible situation and everyone responsible has been sacked.
 
Every order through yesterday morning has been shipped... if you ordered weeks ago, your order was shipped weeks ago, and if you haven't seen it, chances are that USPS is taking their sweet time.

When we called the US Postal service the other day about problems with slow moving orders, they responded that several of their major routing centers in the South have been shut down due to the Hurricaines. Because of this, billions of packages that would normally go through these routing centers are going through others, in short slowing down the whole process and apparently resulting in some misplaced shipments.

If you STILL haven't received orders placed several weeks ago by the end of this week, please forward your confirmation email to info@level1productions.com with a note, and we'll do what we can to help you out.

Alright thanks! I'm really beginning to worry about my DVD, I pre-ordered it in August and it hasn't come yet.
