Bent Chetler 100 lenght?

So the question is: which lenght should i pick, 172cm or 180cm. I'm 180cm long myself, and prolly mostly gonna ski groomers with those, maybe boot deep pow.

And I've been thinking about mounting those -2cm, that should be pretty good right?

"end of thread" comment is dumb but he's right that the 180 is the call unless you're a noob or really prefer shorter skis

idk enough about BCs to give much info on its mounting points but +2 is universally a pretty good compromise for skiers like us usually

Thanks for the answer! Looks like I will go with the 180cm. ??

-2 from center, based on what Mr. [tag=108336]@Benchetler[/tag] said in an old thread

Things have probably changed in the last 12 years tho.

Also, wish they would follow suit with [tag=30985]@Line_Skis[/tag] Sir Francis Bacon Shorty and make a wood core BC mini 143 in 100+ width... It would make a rowdy snowskate ski lol.

Junior's skis are getting wild, and I'm loving it!

BC 100 is a completely different animal than the classic BC.

The current BC 100 is really just an Atomic Access branded to grab BC clout.

Are you talking about -2 from traditional or -2 from center? If it’s center that’s kinda dumb sorry, factory is almost -8 from center which would just ruin a ski like this

The bentchetler 100 is a whole different ski than the 120

Yeah nah don’t do that. It’s a great ski but not meant to be skied close to center. There’s plenty of skis that will ski better at that mount point.

just a few are volkl revolt 104, jefferey 102, magnus 102, reckoner 102. But for the closest I think the revolt is the best option, it’s mount is normally -2 from center

Personally if you like to ski switch a lil, but value carving / all mount performance I would go +4 from recommended (-3.5 from center)

do you want a really playful ski / ski switch a lot? +5.5 from recommended (-2 from center)

Basically my plan is here to get ski what I don't ruin on rails? So maybe I'll hit few little jumps here and there like max 360. And I like to be playfull all around the mountain, skiing switch has to be doable. So I think max -4cm from true center. But yeah, hopefully I can find demo to test out somewhere..

If you don’t ski switch / don’t spin a whole lot something like +2 ( -5.5 from center )
