so my 08/09 octolands have a bend in the tip. it looks like a mini rocker, but it's definitely not supposed to be like that. anyone have any idea what this may be? and if it's warranty or not? i'll get pics in a sec.

But I'm sure Line's warranty will cover that. They're really good about that kind of thing.
 
only one problem. i only have that one octoland. will they want me to send both? i don't have the other one... :/

I'd say write them an email, explain your situation to a higher up. Hell, even writing them a message on here will most likely produce some results.

If worst comes to worst they might need you to warranty the whole pair, but I can't really speak for the company haha.
 
i just sent mine in for the same thing in the tail. Line was pretty cool about it, i work at a shop so i was the one who talked to them and it sounded like they were for sure gonna sent me some new ones. just take them to the shop where you bought them if pssible, they sound get you hooked up.
 
Thats definitely worth emailing the pics to Line to see if they will warranty it. It might help if you put the skis together and took a pic, like this:

id warrenty them...getting over the fact that they would be pretty fun only lasts so long...since the core is most likley not 100% on point...
 
Same thing happened to my friend's T-Halls. He sent them in to Armada and they did not replace them, but rather "repaired" them and sent them back. He mounted them with FKS so he did not want to remount in the same holes. Thank god for backcountry.com and their stellar return policy. I would definitely contact Line and tell them an elaborate story to get some new ones.
