so for those who care and have no heard

the benevento russo duo will be touring this summer with trey anastasio and mike gordon (of phish)with phil lesh and friends. from what i've heard it'd going to go as a duo set, a duo w. mike and trey set, then usually phil and friends closing out, but the duo with mike and trey closing some of the shows.

anyone catching this show this summer? any setlist predictions?

i'll be at the VT show, hartford, spac, and 10k lakes which they are playing as well

sam- it's july 12th at the fairgrounds. tickets went on sale yesterday so if you want one i suggest getting it ASAP. they might even be all gone already... i'm a loser so i got mine at 10 AM when they went on sale.

I dunno if I'll be able to catch any of the phil shows, but I already got my ticket to GRAB in cleveland. Scofield is with phil the whole tour. Just imagine all the sit-ins that will happen.

I'm seeing them in Chicago but the tickets are expensive. Should be a great show though.

SCI is also touring with Ratdog which should be great as well. Going to see them at Summerfest.

vt. and hartford should be pretty special since mike and trey are closing and vt. is the last of the tour. for any of you breakfast fans out there they are playing mill street brews in southbridge mass this friday followed by the dancing wu li festival on saturday

i was thinking the same thing, vt being what was supposed to be the last show, in vt, with the duo mike, and trey closing.... but they added on another 10 shows or something... oh well.

nope! The dates added are after the VT date. I'm sure there will probably be more dates added as well...ie. Red Rocks, The Gorge, etc.

the SCI and ratdog show was sick at summerfest, killer sugar magnolia by ratdog, also a great bird song, and SCI opened with come as you are, played like a 20 minute rollover, and travis sang a great police cover of so lonely, singing in a falsetto, it was so much fun.

I was at the Hartford and Tweeter show. Tweeter was much better all around. Heard the Essex show was sick. 3/4 of Phish is pretty sweet. Wish I was at the VT show since it was a mile from my school.
