Do you know how belleayre runs shit? They have a good rail jam at the beginning then it sucks after that.

^ So the comp at the end of the season last year wasn't fun? Are you going to say Belleayre isn't fun? Shame on you Mike!

yea im gonna agree with mike on this the first rail jam is aways sooo fun but the rest of the comps usally suck thats why i just fillmed the last comp

how the hell will they open november 10th!?!?! even weather permitting, killington opened later last year. i hope this means more snow this year, i need a good winter

New Update!

My beloved mountain, Belleyare is pushing a FANTASTIC deal for this

upcoming season. If you are still in college, full-or-part time study,

before November 30th, we are offering a season's pass for $199. THAT'S

IT! You can be a undergraduate OR gradute student.

Just a valid College ID and letter from your Bursar's office telling

us that you are a current...and the slopes are all yours for the

winter. Belleayre is located in a great spot, and offers some kick-ass

riding. Thanks to the "Lake Affect" we have, natural snow is 'aplenty!

Buy your pass, stop making excuses, and try to keep with me. I'm the hot one on the board. Can ya' dig it??!!!

(taken word for word from Georgia Meckes, so this is DEF legit)

^ I know. It's crazy. Only time will tell I suppose. I really didn't ever think it would go through. I was wrong.

This will be the death of belleayre.

I always go there for the complete lack of people and cheap lift tickets, this is about to change

Yes, it's definitely going to be a big change. I have worked at Belleayre for the last 10 years. I'm really scared to see the changes that it's going to go through. Gah!

Yeah, I am. I guess what I mean by that is that Belleayre employee's have always been like a giant family? We all associate with each other in some form. And, it just won't be like that anymore. There will be lots more guests, and lots more employees. Hopefully we can keep the same vibe going.

It's taken me a while to think about this situation. I've always have my moms bad attitude about it influenced on me. She's one of the local's who ended up creating a bad name for herself fighting this plan. I have developed my own opinion on it I suppose. This area has gone to shit I believe. At least the area east of the mtn. Like Margaretville and such. Real hick towns. Who knows? Only the future can tell what it'll bring.

Yeah the Delaware County area is pretty hick-full but there is a small sub-culture of people who know what's up. I like Belleayre like it is, but the change is good I think, with a bigger mountain we should get a bigger, better park, better facilities, more gapers to jump over, and more friends to make. There will also be more easily accessible terrain (thats a given) This is my senior year in high school though so I don't know how much Belleayre I will be seeing in the future.
