The only argument i am trying to get through your fucking block heads is that it is racist whether you agree or not or i guess for you guys i could say it is fucked up to pass judgment on someone based soley on what they look like, i'm not gothic, i have some goth friends, there are goths that i dont like or agree with. the reason being is that they are trendy as the one guy said fake goths. i have preppy friends and punker friends. the only thing i am trying to say is at least try and make an effort to at least get to know a person before you make judgment or make a stereotype on someone. dont make a judgment on goths as a whole just because of something a certian one did. so hopefully this will all enlighten you

Wow, where to start.

Ok, death metal is not goth. Some goths may play death metal music, but not the majority. How do you define death metal? I'm not sure many of you are actually aware of deep the metal scene is. There are a ton of subgenres and I feel like you're stereotyping anything that sounds like metal into a goth/metal category.

There are a lot of perfectly normal individuals who play death metal. There are a lot types of metal: death metal, black metal, grind core, melodic death metal (I know it sounds crazy, but death metal can be melodic JUST LISTEN TO A BAND NAMED "KALMAH," and you'll know what I'm talking about), etc.

I am NOT into the goth thing, but like I said in my last post, whatever floats your boat. I am a metalhead and it's sad to see people associate all goth with metal. That's not the case, as previously stated.

Jizack: I'm not sure what post you were referring to but I don't know where you're getting all this racist stuff from. I might have missed, so if so, ignore this.

I agree with being open minded, that's for sure.

So go out and some LISTENING before you lump all Goths and Metal together. You'd be surprised at what you like when you give it a shot.

the goths at my school have sword fights with sticks and climb trees, yes i do go to high school. anime, for the most part is horrible shit. and their music does suck, ahtough it is better then like 50 cent and shit like that.

the way you feel and adjust to your hard life has to do with your attitude towards your situation: if you lead a sucky life, don't wallow in self pity, be positive as much as you can, you will feel better then to wallow in self pity. if you do, then whatever your depression, its mostly your fault.
