Beginner's Luck

Went pistol shooting for the first time today and hit a perfect bullseye from 33ft. Every shot afterward I missed horribly. Anyone else have amazing beginner's luck?

^^ I was shooting a 22. I've only ever shot rifle before and this was my first shot. Obviously I can't prove I didn't pencil it, but it would be pretty sad if I did that just to claim on a website.

This is why with shooting competitions you are judged on the closeness of a grouping of several shots.
