bethel maine and if you look around salt lake city. Me and my girlfriend right now split rent for a studio in bethel for $395 a month with everything included but the electric and my landlord covers the heat. The electric is around $30 a month. The closet is big enough to be a room so we could have split rent three ways if we wanted to and then rent would be around $132 a person.
